We are probably the largest seller of cycle trailers in the U.K. Our Products We choose only the best products from top manufacturers like Raleigh. There are plenty of web sites selling cheap cycles and accessories, but they are cheap because they are made from cheap components. In the first year you may be able to get by with cheap components but we want your purchases to last far longer than the manufacturers 12 month guarantee. Our Philosophy We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we want you to be so pleased that you tell friends, family and other cyclists where you purchased your trailer from. It is for this reason that we offer our ‘Price Guarantee’. We prefer to let our customers do the advertising than to pay vast sums of money to advertising agencies. Delivery All our trailers are shipped the following working day of order. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery. If we do not have an item in stock you will be contacted within 24 hours and told of the delay, we will then give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order. We only use reputable national carriers such as Nightfreight and Parcelforce for our deliveries. All goods require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one in to sign for the goods the courier will leave a delivery card which will give details of how to arrange a convenient redelivery time. If it is more convenient to have your goods delivered to work or a relative then please let us know. Privacy Policy Trailers 4 Bikes do not pass any of your details to third parties. Our site is one of the few that does not use cookies. If you contact us you can be assured your email address will only be used to answer any questions you have asked. Making a purchase We have standardised on ‘Nochex’ as our preferred payment partner. We also accept Debit and Credit Cards and you are welcome to place your order by phone or fax. Contacting Us We prefer contact by email although you are welcome to phone us for specific advice, delivery queries and obviously to make a purchase. As we are a Cycle Hire company we may from time to time be away from the office. The best time to contact us by phone is in the evening but if you phone during the day and we don’t answer just leave a contact number and we will be happy to call you back. Low Price Guarantee!
